By using okviro.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. A free service, without guarantees
The tools are free and provided "as is". We work to make them accurate, but we don't promise that they are free of errors, always available or suitable for a particular purpose. Check the result before you rely on it. Calculators such as the time card calculator give estimates, not payroll, tax or legal advice: overtime and pay rules depend on your country, state and contract.
2. Passport, visa and ID photos
The photo tools crop and size your photo according to the published rules of each authority, which we link on every page. Whether a photo is accepted is decided only by the authority that issues the document, which also checks lighting, focus, expression and other things a tool can't judge. Rules change, so check the official source before you apply. We are not connected to any government or passport office, and we can't refund fees or costs if a photo is rejected.
3. Your files and your rights
Files you open are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us. You are responsible for the content you process and for having the right to use it. In particular, YouTube thumbnails belong to the creators of the videos: use only your own, or ones you have permission to use. Keep a backup of your original files before you change them with a tool such as PhotoDate Fixer.
4. Trademarks and other services
Okviro Tools is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube, Google or any government authority. YouTube, Google Photos and Google Takeout are trademarks of Google LLC, and Microsoft Word is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation; they are named only to describe what a tool works with. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
5. Fair use of the site
Please don't use the site for anything illegal, and don't try to overload or attack it. Prank tools such as the broken screen are meant for harmless fun: use them responsibly.
6. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data or lost profit arising from using the site. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law, and it does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Changes and applicable law
We may change or remove tools, and update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country still apply to you.
