What is Okviro Tools?
Okviro Tools is a free website with small, single-purpose tools for photos, screens and devices. Each tool opens instantly, needs no account or install, and runs entirely in your browser, so the files you use are processed on your own device and never uploaded.
What can you do here?
- Compress an image to a size in KB: get a photo under 20 KB, 50 KB or 100 KB for job, exam and government forms.
- Make a passport or ID photo: 2x2 in for the USA, 35×45 mm for the UK, EU and Australia, 50×70 mm for Canada, with a free 4×6 print sheet.
- Resize a photo to 9:16, 1:1 or 4:5: fit any picture to TikTok, Reels, Instagram or YouTube without cropping, on a blurred background.
- Zip and compress files: pack files and folders up to 500 MB into one ZIP, or shrink JSON, CSV and photos, with no login and no upload.
- Fix the dates of a Google Photos Takeout export: write the real date taken and location from Google's JSON files back into your photos and videos, without uploading them.
- Convert JSON to Excel or CSV: turn API responses, exports and JSON Lines into a clean .xlsx or .csv file, with a sheet for every list.
- Download a video thumbnail: save the thumbnail of any YouTube video or Short in HD 1280 × 720 or a smaller size, as a JPG.
- Calculate the hours on a time card: total a week of clock-in and clock-out times with breaks, in hours:minutes and decimal, with overtime and pay.
- Make a seating chart: drag guests or students to round tables, long tables or desks, keep groups together and print the plan.
- Test your webcam: check the live picture, the real resolution and frame rate, and switch between cameras.
- Test your mouse: check every button and the scroll wheel, catch double clicking and see the polling rate.
- Test your keyboard: check every key, and find dead keys, double typing and ghosting, with key codes for each press.
- Check your screen resolution: real pixels, Windows or macOS scaling, window size and refresh rate.
- Turn your screen white: a soft full-screen light for video calls, tracing and reading, or a dead pixel check.
- Turn your screen black: black out the display while the computer keeps running, or check for backlight bleed.
- Show a full-screen colour: red, green, blue or any colour for dead and stuck pixel tests.
- Play the broken screen prank: a realistic cracked-glass effect over your own screenshot.
